Meta Integration Setup

Facebook and Instagram publishing uses Meta's official sign-in. No passwords are ever requested or stored.

  1. Step 1Create or use a Meta Developer account.
  2. Step 2Create a Meta App.
  3. Step 3Configure Facebook Login (or the Meta authentication product required by Meta's current documentation).
  4. Step 4Add the redirect/callback URL shown below to your Meta app settings.
  5. Step 5Refer to Meta's current API documentation for the permissions required for Page and Instagram content publishing.
  6. Step 6Connect your Facebook Page in Connected Meta Accounts.
  7. Step 7Connect your Instagram professional account if it is linked to that Page.
  8. Step 8Complete Meta App Review if the permissions you use require review for production use.

Communication Integration Setup

Google, email and WhatsApp all use official APIs. Keys live on the backend only.

GoogleSetup Required
  1. Create a Google Cloud project and enable the Business Profile APIs.
  2. Create an OAuth client (web) and add the callback address below.
  3. Request Business Profile API access — Google reviews this before posting works.
  4. Save GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID and GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET on the backend.

Email sendingSetup Required
  1. Connect the email provider so its key is stored on the backend.
  2. Verify your sending domain with the provider.
  3. Set your sender name and sender address on the Connected Platforms page.
WhatsApp BusinessSetup Required
  1. Create a WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) account and add a business phone number.
  2. Save WHATSAPP_PHONE_NUMBER_ID, WHATSAPP_BUSINESS_ACCOUNT_ID and WHATSAPP_ACCESS_TOKEN on the backend.
  3. Submit message templates for approval where messages fall outside the 24-hour window.
